Return and Exchange Policy

To Place a Refund/Exchange Request:
Click on 'My Account" in the tab bar and login.

  • Click on “Orders”.

  • Click on “View”.

  • In case you want to refund one item from the invoice, click on “Ask for a refund” button, below the item.

  • In case you want to refund the entire order, click on “Refund my entire order”.

Local Refund Policy:

  • Our courier will pick up the item within 2-3 working days. Items returned must be in good condition with the original packaging.

  • We do not return a refunded item that is damaged, worn, washed or altered in any way.

  • It will take 5 – 7 working days for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

  • Incase of return, 1.5 KD shall be deducted as delivery charges.

  • Incase of exchange, Delivery will be charged ( 1.5 KD ).

International Refund Policy:

  • After approving the refund request by The Beam Team, buyers should send back the items they wish to refund to the same address on the waybill.

  • Buyers should feel free to send back the refunded items by any shipping company at their cost.

  • Beam will not be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned items. Customers will take full responsibility for all fees required to return the item.

  • Returned items should be received by The Beam Team within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Beam will grant full refund, minus the courier and the handling fees.

  • Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded as well.

  • Kindly do not send the pieces back without requesting a refund\exchange order through the website.

  • It will take 5 – 7 working days after receiving the refunded item for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

Terms and Conditions

  • In-stock items shall be delivered within 5 days max if in Kuwait ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods and special occasions ( Eid ) ).
  • In-stock items shall be delivered within 10 days max if international ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods and special occasions ( Eid ) ).
  • Costumers may be given the possibility of making an advance payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an advance purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once they are ready to be delivered ( Pre-Order ).
  • In case of pre- orders, orders may take from 12 to 20 working days until they are ready to be delivered ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods and special occasions ( Eid ).
  • Any incorrect shipments and orders will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • If you wish to to return or exchange any item, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
  • Incase of exchange and refund, items should be in good conditions and not used along with the original tag.
  • There is no refund or exchange on orders on demand.
  • There is no refund on evening dresses.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. Items should be in good condition, undamaged, unworn, without makeup marks and all tags should be attached to them.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

لطلب استرجاع أو استبدال:
اضغطي على “حسابي” في شريط القائمة وقومي بتسجيل الدخول.

  • اضغطي على “الطلبات”.
  • اضغطي على “عرض”
  • في حال كنتِ ترغبين في استرجاع منتج واحد من الفاتورة، اضغطي على زر “طلب استرجاع” أسفل المنتج.
  • في حال كنتِ ترغبين في استرجاع الطلب بالكامل، اضغطي على “استرجاع كامل الطلب”.
  • إذا لم تقومي بتسجيل الدخول قبل إتمام الطلب، تواصلي معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: customercare@beamshop.com

سياسة الاسترجاع المحلي:

  • سيقوم مندوب التوصيل باستلام المنتج خلال 2-3 أيام عمل. يجب أن تكون المنتجات المسترجعة بحالة جيدة ومع التغليف الأصلي.
  • لا نقبل استرجاع أي منتج تالف أو مستعمل أو مغسول أو تم تعديله بأي شكل من الأشكال.
  • يستغرق تحويل مبلغ الاسترجاع إلى حسابك البنكي من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
  • في حالة الاسترجاع، سيتم خصم 1.5 دينار كويتي كرسوم توصيل.
  • في حالة الاستبدال، سيتم احتساب رسوم توصيل (1.5 دينار كويتي)

سياسة الاسترجاع الدولي:

  • بعد موافقة فريق Beam على طلب الاسترجاع، يجب على العملاء إعادة المنتجات التي يرغبون في استرجاعها إلى نفس العنوان الموجود في بوليصة الشحن.
  • يمكن للعملاء إعادة المنتجات عبر أي شركة شحن يختارونها وعلى نفقتهم الخاصة.
  • لا تتحمل Beam رسوم شحن المنتجات المسترجعة، ويتحمل العميل كامل المسؤولية عن جميع الرسوم المتعلقة بإرجاع المنتج.
  • يجب أن يستلم فريق Beam المنتجات المسترجعة خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • سيتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا بعد خصم رسوم الشحن ورسوم المعالجة.
  • يرجى ملاحظة أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
  • يُرجى عدم إعادة المنتجات دون تقديم طلب استرجاع/استبدال عبر الموقع الإلكتروني.
  • يستغرق تحويل مبلغ الاسترجاع إلى حسابك البنكي من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المسترجع.

الشروط والأحكام:

  • سيتم توصيل المنتجات المتوفرة خلال مدة أقصاها 5 أيام داخل الكويت (قد تستغرق وقتًا أطول خلال فترات التخفيضات والمناسبات الخاصة مثل العيد).
  •  سيتم توصيل المنتجات المتوفرة خلال مدة أقصاها 10 أيام للطلبات الدولية (قد تستغرق وقتًا أطول خلال فترات التخفيضات والمناسبات الخاصة مثل العيد).
  •  قد يُتاح للعملاء خيار الدفع المسبق لبعض المنتجات، مما يتيح لك شراء المنتج مسبقًا (طلب مسبق) لضمان استلامه بالأولوية عند توفره.
  • في حالة الطلبات المسبقة، قد يستغرق تجهيز الطلب من 12 إلى 20 يوم عمل حتى يكون جاهزًا للتوصيل (وقد يستغرق وقتًا أطول خلال فترات التخفيضات أو المناسبات الخاصة مثل العيد).
  • في حال وجود خطأ في الشحن أو الطلب، سيتم استبداله دون أي تكلفة إضافية.
  • إذا كنت ترغب في استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
  • في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالة جيدة وغير مستخدمة ومع البطاقة الأصلية.
  • لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال للطلبات المصنوعة حسب الطلب.
  • لا يوجد استرجاع لفساتين السهرة.
  • لا نقبل المنتجات المسترجعة دون تقديم طلب إسترجاع رسمي. يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالة جيدة، غير تالفة، غير مستخدمة، خالية من آثار المكياج، وجميع البطاقات مرفقة بها
